Job Description:

Duties: Role & Responsibilities

1. To coordinate with Sales Resources and prepare sales plan for UK business and assigned international territories
2. Lead the sales administration for UK office to ensure effective onboarding of sales trade partners
3. Lead the sales support function in UK to establish and run the centre of excellence ( CeX)
4. Monitor the sales resources performance and evaluate as per the budgeted for UK and assigned geographies.
5. Monitor and coordinate the operational work flow between sales and procurement functions by establishing a standard operating Process ( SOP).
6. Undertake the lead for Marketing plan to generate leads and convert them from assigned territories
7. Maintain and update sales and customer record
8. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
9. Ensure Sales Targets are met and report any deviation through CRM

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

1. Graduation Degree is essential. Science /Engineering/Technology is preferable.
2. Sales coordination and administration experience is desired
3. Experience in IT technology, preferably on sales module would be added value.
4. Experienced in creating and following up Standard Operating Process is preferable
5. Good Communication and interpersonal skill is a must
6. Experience and exposure in marketing function for cross functional coordination is desired

Salary Range: 26000 to 28000 GBP

Hours of work: 40 HOURS A WEEK..
